The dining experience here is truly elevated by their sophisticated take on American classics. Succulent entrees like the Wagyu Steak Frites and the perfectly seared Belly-On Pork Chop served with heirloom carrots and roasted brussels slaw exemplify the kitchen’s skillful marriage of seasonal ingredients and bold, nuanced flavors. Vegetarians are equally embraced with dishes like the crispy and flavorful Buffalo Cauliflower and the fresh, vibrant Kale & Apple Salad with honeycrisp apples and honey pecans.

As customer Heather Harrington shared, the staff don’t just serve food—they offer a guided journey through the kitchen’s best creations, highlighting the careful sourcing and thoughtfully crafted flavor profiles that define the Corinne experience. Whether it’s the expertly brewed Cold Brew Martini or the warm, inviting Warm Parker House Rolls, the attention to detail is palpable in every bite and sip.
The ambiance is comfortably upscale without feeling stuffy, making it perfect for everything from a solo lunch to a special anniversary dinner. David L’s glowing review perfectly captures this vibe, noting how the relaxed yet refined setting allowed him and his partner to savor melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu and a creative, rich Old Fashioned with black walnut undertones. The patio, heated and dog-friendly, offers a warm and inviting retreat during Denver’s cooler months, a rare and cherished spot according to regular diner Frank Tybor.
Lunch options spotlight fresh, seasonal ingredients with offerings like the Caesar Salad sprinkled with grated Reggiano and brioche croutons, or the hearty Brush Creek Wagyu Burger, layered with aged cheddar and vibrant lettuce and tomato. Meanwhile, their brunch staples, such as the Sweet Corn Cake Eggs Benedict and smoky Smoked Ham & Gruyère Omelette, consistently delight guests looking for comfort with a contemporary twist.
In every detail, Corinne Denver exemplifies a polished American eatery with heart—bringing a creative finesse to familiar dishes, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and a service team dedicated to showcasing the best of their kitchen. Whether you’re craving that savory filet mignon or a perfectly balanced kale salad, this Denver dining gem promises a flavorful experience that feels both special and comfortably familiar.
Absolutely amazing experience at Corinne in Denver! From the moment we sat down, the service was top-notch. Our waiter didn’t just take our order—he walked us through some of his favorite dishes, explaining where they were sourced and how the flavors came together. I went with the steak and eggs, which came with fingerling potatoes. Normally, I’m not a big fan of bud potatoes, but these were on another level—interestingly crispy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly phenomenal. We lucked out with free street parking on a Sunday, enjoyed the beautiful outdoor seating, and soaked in the relaxed, classy vibe. The combination of excellent food, thoughtful service, and a stylish atmosphere makes Corinne a must-visit in Denver. Highly recommend!
The thanksgiving buffet was amazing and had so many stations from all the classic sides to fresh and juicy meats and even a pasta and salmon station. The desert section was a huge hit of course. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great thanksgiving buffet for the whole family. Service was top notch as well.
Here in Denver for work, and so dined solo. Alissa, server, was friendly and gracious to a solo diner. And the food was outrageously good. This is a pic of the spicy tuna bruschetta. It was such a creative, unusual mix of flavors. My taste buds enjoyed every bite of my meal!
Awesome place for our anniversary dinner. Our server, Jaymee helped make it a special night. Her recommendations were spot on, and her chill presence added to the vibe. Their old fashioned was a nice spin with the black walnut - great rich flavor that complimented the burrata appetizer - which was so tasty. Our waygu and chicken were melt in your mouth delicious. Corinne knows how to do it right - and with people like Jaymee, they knock it out of the park.
The best heated patio in Denver if the requirement is dog friendly dining. However, I left disappointed with the burger that was strangely both a bit tasteless and suddenly over-peppered depending on location. Dessert was more than adequate but not exceptional. Overall good dining experience and would absolutely go back, but not earth shattering.
Jaimee was an awesome and welcoming server. She made us feel like she cared about our experience. The French onion soup was awesome (see photo). They gladly honored my request for my salmon cooked rare and it came out very good. The key lime pie was delicious. Highly recommended and great to find in the AC Hotel.
I had my dinner at the hotel on the evening of my arrival. The restaurant has a standard, classically designed dining area. The food quality was average; however, the attentiveness and professionalism of the service staff ensured full customer satisfaction. By my standards, it would be a three-star restaurant, but due to the excellent service provided by the staff, I would rate it four stars
Mauricio was our server. He was very attentive and welcoming. This is a great spot if you are attending a show at the arts center. The walk was very short. The food was delicious, a bit pricey but that is expected downtown. My chicken Philly bowl was sizable, but something about the taste was off that I couldn’t correct with more salt and pepper but still good. Highly recommend the crab croquettes!
